methods: We take cash, check and Visa/Mastercard.
Return policy: Returns on yarn will only be accepted within 3 business days of original purchase. This should give you enough time to take the yarn home, compare colors, and double check yardage. Yarn must be in original condition for return. We do not take returns on needles unless there is a specific defect, such as a burr or splinter. Brittany needles are waranteed for 5 years after purchase. No returns on books, patterns or sale merchandise.
Special orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all special orders on yarn or needles. Special orders are not returnable.
Holds: We are happy to hold regularly priced needles and yarns for you for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be returned to the shelf. Please call us when you would like the yarn wound for pickup, or if you discover you will not need the item.
